Capital Works Consulting Pty Ltd
Capital Works Consulting Pty Ltd (CWC) was created in 2008 by Tim Wise. Tim is the owner and director of CWC and leads the delivery of services. CWC has three associates that are of a similar standing in the industry to Tim with highly complementary skills. CWC also sub-contracts some services for project delivery roles through established relationships with larger consultancies. CWC’s expertise and access to associates enables extensive services in many fields of construction and construction related activity. These include contracting methodology studies, project management documentation, procurement and delivery services, as well as support for general advisory.
Tim Wise
Tim Wise qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree and a Master of Engineering Science (Civil) degree, both from the University of NSW. I have been involved in project delivery for over 30 years. I have held positions in both Australia and overseas in a wide range of construction activities including roles in Government, managing projects on behalf of Government, and in the private sector. Sectors have included health, corrections, law and order, cultural institutions, housing, corporate, social infrastructure, transport infrastructure and oil and gas.
Brigadier Darren NAUMANN AM (Ret’d)
Darren Nauman has overseen the delivery of infrastructure projects from Malaysia to the Cook Islands, including in remote Australian Aboriginal communities, under both traditional and public private partnership forms of delivery. He has developed and implemented business improvement initiatives for management of the Defence estate in both the UK and Australia, and saw operational service in 1999-2000 as the Force Engineer on the Headquarters, International Force in East Timor (INTERFET). During his last five years in Defence, Darren served as Director General Capital Facilities and Infrastructure, managing construction works on Defence establishments throughout Australia - a $7 billion portfolio of some 200 concurrent projects with an annual capital expenditure in excess of $1.2 billion.
